Oscar Santiago ( Santiago ) was last seen on November 4, 1986. He would be 52 years old by now. He served in the Navy from 1973-1978. Last known residence was Hanson Place # 62, Brooklyn , New York.
His mother is desperately seeking news of his whereabouts. Should you know Oscar Santiago or know of him please leave a comment below or pass on the information so that he may initiate contact.
